Mr. Belay Kebede is a professional with MA in Development Economics and BSc. in Statistics, and about 14 years of work experience in the area of programs design, monitoring and evaluation. Technically well-equipped on developing monitoring and evaluation systems, guidelines and frameworks with rich field experiences on data collection, management and analytical skills. Belay has commendable practical experience in leading macro and micro researches with high level expertise in designing mobile data collection instruments using online plat forms like Open data kit (ODK), Tangerine (A plat form used for EGRA and EGMA developed by RTI) and Computer assisted Personal interview (CAPI_CESentry). He has also tremendous experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis with various software like SPSS, STAT, ENA Smart, EPI IMnfo, etc.., He is also interested on Database development and management with rich experience of coordinating Partnership and National level Program Management information system (Horizon 3.0).
